Abstract

The article discusses the potential impact of state constitutional guarantees on restrictive abortion regulations following the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case. It examines recent state constitutional amendments addressing abortion in U.S. It also considers how state courts may interpret existing state constitutional guarantees, which may be more robust than federal guarantees.
