Abstract
The article presents information on the law of judicial election with reference to the trial Republican Party of Minnesota v. White and its decisions. It further discusses the involvement of Judge Frank Easterbrook of Court of Appeals of the U.S. in enforcement of disqualification rules for protecting and preserving judicial impartiality. It also discusses the role of jurists and judges as public employees.
