Abstract
As we wrote in Part One of this series, the Supreme Court just ruled, by a vote of 63, that Peggy Young, a pregnant UPS driver who was denied a light-duty accommodation that was routinely made available to other employees with similar lifting restrictions, should have the opportunity to prove on remand that this denial was discriminatory.
