How Newly Appointed Supreme Court Justices Could Dramatically Change Key Areas of Constitutional Law
Lecture Date
9-19-2016
Description
The new President taking office in January 2017 will likely have the power to appoint at least one if not two or three new justices to the Supreme Court. What are the issues of constitutional law that could be affected by the changes in the membership of the Court? Our panelists will examine and discuss some key areas of constitutional law that could change dramatically depending on the views of the new justice or justices on the Court.
