The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University's special collections are composed of distinctive material of mixed format including print documents, photographs, and correspondence. The purpose of the Collections is to collect, organize, and preserve the history of the law school -- to document the local, national, and global difference made by faculty and students of Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

The Collections are also available in print format. While items from some Collections may be borrowed under certain circumstances, most must be viewed within the law library.
