Abstract

Early in September 1750, an Indian by the name of Nambrous32 was incarcerated on complaint of one Moses Winget of Dover, New Hampshire, who claimed that Nambrous had “attempted to kill him the said Winget with a knife by stabbing him in the arm and body.
